Production method and use of sodium humate
Sep 12, 2023
Sodium humate is a kind of macromolecular organic weak acid sodium salt with multiple functions, which is made by special processing of weathered coal, peat and lignite. Its structure is relatively complex. It is known that humic acid molecules contain benzene ring, thick ring and some heterocycles (such as pyrrole, furan, indole, etc.), and there are bridge bonds between each aromatic ring and various functional groups on the aromatic ring. Mainly carboxyl group, phenol group, hydroxyl group, methoxy group, quinone group and so on. Humic acid content of humic acid in sodium is more than 75%, which is a good veterinary medicine and feed additive for the production of green milk, meat and egg food. Production method: Raw materials with water (1:10 mass ratio) for wet ball grinding into coal slurry, input into the dosing tank, add sodium hydroxide, control the reaction tank PH of about 11, temperature control at 85-90 degrees Celsius, stirring reaction 40 minutes into the sedimentation tank precipitation filtrate concentration, drying, grinding is the finished sodium humate fertilizer. Uses and results: ① agriculture is used for seed dressing, and the effect of dipping root and spraying is significant. The rice seedlings with 1/10000, 2/10000 and 3/10000 concentrations per hectare increased the yield by 14.4% and 29.3%, respectively, compared with the control, and the wheat outer root spraying with 15.6% increased the yield by 14% compared with the control. ② It can be used as base fertilizer with a concentration of 0.05%-0.1% ice solution per hectare, 3750-6000kg, and topdressing with 0.01%-0.05 ice solution per hectare, 3750kg. ③ Also widely used in medicine, animal husbandry, industrial tests show that each pig, feed 100g sodium humate 21 days after the weight gain 10.5kg, brewing industry with sodium humate, improve the wine yield 8.6%, the medical effect is more obvious.
